French fashion

Finally, in the eighteenth century, perfume fashion arrived in Paris. It also happened thanks to the famous French king Louis on 14. The Sun King has dedicated a real passion to many arts and in particular to that of perfumery. He imposed fashion for opulent and omnipresent perfumes. It is even said that he ordered to perfume the water of the Versailles fountains!

Have you any idea what came first: Paris or Perfume? The answer seems to be evident, and yet. I invite you to explore the origins of the perfume. My sincere interest in the nature of perfumes was awakened basically thanks to the book with the authentic name “The Perfume: The story of a Murderer” by Patrick Süskind

A fashion week in Paris is an event that takes basically a week in which designers, brands, or "houses" show the latest collection to their potential customers and media. The four main cities that "dictate" world trends today are called the Big Four, it is  New York, London, Milan, and Paris.
